The Hospital: The Hospital is the major referral centre for North West Queensland. The hospital has approximately 80 beds catering for an area of 300,000 remote and rural kilometres with a population of approximately 34,000 people.
The Role: Permanent position with flexible rosters negotiable providing for fly-in/fly-out options.
Total Remuneration up to $540,000.
The Emergency Department is a well-equipped rural ED accredited with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) for training in Emergency Medicine and with the Australian College for Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) for Advanced Skills and Rural and Remote training.
Your Profile: To apply for this position, you need to hold the FACEM, FRACGP + FARGP, FACRRM or be assessed by the ACEM as substantially comparable.
Possession of accredited / advanced skills in Emergency Medicine, Anaesthetics, O&G, Remote Medicine or A&TSI Health.
