Position As a senior member of the paediatric team, you will provide clinical expertise including oversight and management of children in the ED, inpatients, neonatal nursery and outpatients, and community consultations. You will oversee the Child Development Unit and mandated child protection responsibilities. As part of your role, you will supervise the clinical practice of General Practice paediatricians and junior medical staff, as well as undertaking active engagement in the education of all health staff affiliated with the service. Location The hospital is located in the major service centre for the region and is a thriving progressive community with a local population of over 25,000.
