Our Client is an internationally accredited, multi-disciplinary and tertiary care private hospital located in the Klang Valley Region. It was recognized in 2021 for its excellence as imperatives in the digital health industry. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to hire a dedicated Teleconnect Officer to be part of their team.Responsibilities:Familiar with the operations of the hospital to correctly answer and/or route calls to appropriate departments/staff.Familiar with doctors specialties, locality, clinic hours, and booking preferences to efficiently make appointments. Familiar with basic clinical knowledge in line with basic decision making in booking a specialist appointment. Attend to all outbound and inbound calls, WhatsApp and Live Chats from external customers using proper telephone / WhatsApp writing etiquette, maintaining a response rate in accordance with agreed standards of performance.Able to follow through medical queries with scheduling appointments for patients from phone, WhatsApp or upon relevant request. Facilitate training of new hires and other assigned officers.Able to handle emergency requests such as ambulance requests efficiently, calmly, and professionally.Able to research required information using accessible resources. Maintain attendance, personal appearance, punctuality and adhere to policies mentioned in the Employee Handbook. Attends all staff meetings / training as and when directed by the department head in effort to pursue personal development of knowledge and skills. Perform assigned clerical duties when necessary. Assist superiors as and when needed. Ensures that all duties are carried out in line with the hospital policy as outlined in the employee handbook. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by Senior Manager, Connected Care.Familiar with Senior Connect packages as well as use of the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) devices.Ensure all customers under Senior Connect are monitored according to the instructions given by the consultants.Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to escalate vital signs abnormalities to the Superior. To provide remote support and advice to the customers as and when needed. To communicate with consultants who have referred the Senior Connect customers as and when necessary. Able to work shift duty working hours.Key Requirements:Medical Officer BackgroundPossess minimum qualification of Medical Degree. Completed mandatory government service. Has permanent registration with MMC with valid APC. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.Staff Nurse/Medical Assistant BackgroundPossess minimum qualification of Nursing/Medical Assistant.Possess 3-5 year working experience or personal to holders.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.Remunerations & Benefits:Those with direct industry experience with higher salary bracket will be considered.Opportunity for career growth.Consultants-in-charge:Alison Perera | [email protected] Paulose | [email protected]
