You'll be part of a broader team of around 29 medical officers, experiencing the breathtaking landscapes of outback Queensland and some of the friendliest communities in the country. Here, you will work at top of scope, pushing your limits and embracing our One Practice Model of Care.
This model enables you to practice across local hospital, general practices, and provide outreach services for primary health. Our model of care is backed by a collegial and supportive team environment that fosters professional growth and well-being. CWH offers SMO's a Grant of Private Practice (GPP) Assigned or Retained under the MOCA 6 remuneration framework. GPP Retained enables SMO's, to retain a portion of Private Practice earnings for activity performed during hours of work. CWH unique health funding and revenue environment, has resulted in this being a popular choice amongst SMO's throughout CWH.
