Lineage is looking to appoint a Food Safety Advisor - Queensland to join the Food Safety and Compliance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Food Safety Optimisation, Asia Pac, your primary focus will be to ensure all sites within Queensland comply with internal and external food safety requirements.

• Developing and maintaining a HACCP system that satisfies legislative and customer requirements.
• Monitoring and maintaining controls and standards to meet Food Optimisation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Developing, organizing, and performing regular auditing programs.
• Conducting internal spot check audits.
• Assisting in ensuring site compliance with audit requirements.

• Extensive experience in a similar role within a logistics/industrial environment.
• Qualifications in Auditing or relevant disciplines.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Good understanding and implementation of safety procedures, product safety, quality, and legality issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT skills (Microsoft Office).
