    Working in a full time or part time capacity you will be part of a 15 bed neurosciences and 8 bed CCU. The unit caters for a wide range of neurology patients, along with cardiac care. You will be part of a professional and welcoming team that strives for excellence in patient care. Working collaboratively with fellow members of the multidisciplinary team contributing to best outcomes and patient experience.

    You will make an impact by:

    • Providing high quality nursing care and experience to patients
    • Utilising a reflective, critical thinking and evidence based approach to the clinical care of patients
    • Using relevant and relatable acute experience
    • Working collaboratively with fellow members of the multidisciplinary team

    To be successful in this role:

    You are a patient-centred nurse within an interest in neurosciences. You enjoy collaborating with team members to support the development and growth of the service. In addition to this, you are a critical thinker and keep up-to-date with best practices in nursing care. You are safety conscious and are not shy in speaking up for safety.

    You will have

    • Current AHPRA registration
    • Relevant and relatable acute neuroscience experience
    • Post graduate certificate in neuroscience (desirable)
    • Evidence of sound critical thinking and current practice
