Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and every other Saturday Part-time & Full-time available Salary: Competitive base salary, £12.50 per UDA, and private income percentageOur client's dental practice is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join in Benfleet or Leigh-on-Sea practice. This role will primarily involve providing dental services to private patients with a smaller percentage of NHS work. The candidate must have an active NHS performer number and be fully compliant with GDC requirements.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive examinations and accurately diagnose dental conditions, creating detailed treatment plans for patients.Deliver a high standard of dental care, including restorative treatments, extractions, root canal treatments, and cosmetic dentistry, with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear explanations of treatment options, risks, and benefits.Collaborate with other dental professionals, such as hygienists and dental nurses, to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.Participate in regular team meetings and attend continuing education courses to stay current with best practices and new technologies.Adhere to the practice's policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and clinical excellence.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS, DDS, or DMD)Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)Active NHS performer numberExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong commitment to providing high-quality dental careWillingness to continue professional development and stay updated with dental advancements
