About the Role

• Facilitate evidence-based practice in the area of interprofessional team members within Bayside ACT to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of service provision and discharge planning, through implementation and facilitation of quality initiatives, literature reviews, attendance at professional development activities and involvement in research and education.
• Provide operational advice and direction to a team of mental health professionals to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
• Providing clinical advice and direction to a team of multi-disciplinary clinicians to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
• Provide collaborative leadership and change management to support local implementation of innovative service models within the ACT Bayside team by engaging stakeholders, developing appropriate educational support materials and resources and effectively communicating new developments and outcomes.
