Our Homes:

Multicultural Village: Based inWarrawong. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, our 100 bed Village hostsboth residential care beds and independent living units, a mixtureof modern indoor and outdoor (garden-facing) rooms with beautifulgarden views. Here you will providing care to residents fromculturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Mt Terry: A modern 151 bed home situatedin the foothills of Budderoo National Park with attractive mountainviews. An at home feel with a variety of sitting nooks, lounges andaccess to beautiful courtyards, terraces and outdoor gazebos.

The Role:

In consultation with the Manager, you will provide clinical careleadership, skill development and mentoring with regards to allresident clinical care needs. You will join a team that isproviding the highest standard of clinical care and support for ourresidents residing in our aged care home to improve their qualityof life.

Who we're looking for: 

• You'll have a current AHPRA registration as a RegisteredNurse (experience in aged care highly regarded)
• You'll have demonstrated clinical leadership skills andknowledge
• You’ll have availability to work night shifts
• You'll have knowledge of all relevant legislation affectingthe operation of Aged care Services
• You'll be resourceful, respectful, passionate and have awillingness to share knowledge and experiences within yourteam
• You may have the ability to speak a second language -Macedonian, Croatian, Italian or similar (highly desirable butnot essential)

Onboarding: 

If your application is successful, you will be required tocommence employment to our three day On-boarding Program in ShellCove. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essentialskills that will set you up for success that ensure our customershave the highest quality care. Our On-boarding is heldfortnightly.
