Are you looking for an awesome opportunity to support the development and learning as L&D Specialist in Suntory and make a real impact? We have an exciting temporary position available for an L&D Specialist to cover a 6-month maternity contract. This is your chance to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our talented Suntorians. You can be based in the UK, Spain or France for this role.


YOUR ROLE


  • As our L&D Specialist, you'll have the unique opportunity to drive key initiatives and support our ongoing learning and development projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing and embedding our COMPASS program, a strategic priority for 2024
  • Promoting a continuous learning culture by designing engaging content and experiences using our learning experience platform, MySU
  • Support in designing global digital onboarding experiences to welcome and engage our new joiners.
  • Becoming a MySU expert to best support functions in leveraging the platform effectively
  • Managing our HBDI practitioner community and supporting various regional L&D initiatives


WHAT YOU BRING


  • We're looking for a talented individual with a passion for learning and development who is familiar with the following, or who is a quick learner and hungry for a challenge:
  • Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and L&D best practices Familiarity with LXP’s, LMS’s, UX, and MySU
  • Great communication skills
  • Creativity and innovation in designing interactive learning content
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and collaboration abilities
  • Understanding of regional training needs, cultural nuances, and our Suntory Values
