Work Flexibility:
Surgical procedures can sometimes extend beyond their scheduled time, requiring theatre nurses to stay on duty until the operation is completed. Flexibility is necessary to adapt to these situations and provide continuity of care for patients.You can choose as per your personal preferences

Competitive and Clear Pay Rates:
Monday to Friday day shift : £36.17 per hour
Saturday day shift : £47.02per hour
Sunday day shift : £57.86 per hour
Monday to Friday night shift : £47.02 per hour
Saturday night shift : £47.02per hour
Sunday night shift : £57.86 per hour
Bank Holiday : £57.86 per hour

Responsbilities:
? Conducting pre-operative assessments to evaluate patients' medical histories, current health status, and any potential risks or complications.
? Setting up surgical equipment and monitoring devices, such as anesthesia machines, monitors, and surgical tools.
? Scrubbing and assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by passing instruments, handling specimens, and maintaining a sterile field.
? Monitoring patients' vital signs, anesthesia administration, and physiological responses throughout the surgery.
? Communicating effectively with members of the healthcare team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other perioperative personnel, to ensure coordinated patient care.

Requirements:
? NMC registration and PIN
? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
? Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
