Job title: Occupational Health & Wellbeing Lead

Location: St Albans, London

Salary: Dependant on experience + travel expenses / allowance

Role

This role will be a blend of administration / co-ordination but also research, design and delivery of key Occupational Health & Wellbeing programmes across the Sisk Group, it will require you to work closely with key stakeholders such as HR, Health & Safety and our project-based teams. The role is a one-year contract to cover maternity leave.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct DSE Assessments AND lead on the Wider DSE Assessment Programme
• Create Occupational health related policies
• Research, Design and delivery of effective health protection Programmes
• Support and promote mental health programmes and initiatives

Essential requirements:

• IOSH qualification
• DSE Assessor Training
• Mental Health Awareness Training
• Occupational Hygiene
