Job Code: M522-KW-C(F40)Position: BeauticianSalary Package: Basic RM1,800 - RM2,500 + CommWorking Location: Sutera Mall, JB / Mid Valley Southkey, JBCompany Background: Beauty SalonWorking Days: 6 days/ week, off day fall on weekdaysWorking Hours: 10am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm - 10pm (2 shifts)Job Descriptions:- Greet customers upon their arrival.- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate skincare products based on their preferences.- Cross-sell beauty products, recommending the most suitable skincare products (such as moisturizers, lotions, and serums) based on customer's skin tone and preferences.- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for in our store.- Ensure correct product display on shelves.- Replenish inventory as needed.- Explain to customers how to use the products they are interested in purchasing, including ingredients, prices, and usage methods.- Advise customers on how to care for their skin and recommend corresponding skincare packages.- Inform customers about prices and special offers.- Have proper knowledge of skincare products and how to introduce them correctly.- Constantly enhance knowledge and application of skincare and product understanding.- To achieve sales targets given.- Ensure that the prices of the company's skincare and products are in accordance with company regulations.- Constantly improve personal sales abilities and skills. If needed, consult a trainer.- Regularly fill out sales reports.Job Requirements:- Must have at least 1 year working experience as Beautician.- Possess skill to perform facial treatments.- Willing to work OT & work on weekends.
