Responsibilities

• Delivering a high standard of patient care
• Serving as a clinical expert and resource
• Efficiently managing resources to ensure quality patient outcomes within specialty areas
• Embracing a distinctive experience compared to other clinical nursing roles, focusing on mental health care
• Contributing to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to evidence-based, recovery-focused care for clients
  

Requirements

• Current registration with AHPRA
• At least 5 years of experience in a General Medical setting
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
• Strong leadership abilities, including supervision, guidance, and team delegation skills
• Proficiency in planning, evaluating, and enhancing both team and individual performance
• Pursuit or attainment of a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health is highly value
