Brisbane Private Hospital – Enrolled Nurse
Are you an Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care?
Brisbane Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established Day Surgery team on a part time basis, 48 hours per fortnight.
About us
Brisbane Private is a 181 bed acute and rehabilitation hospital with 17 operating theatres conveniently located above the Roma Street Parklands. Specialties include neurosurgery, orthopaedics, spinal, plastics, urology, ENT, Rehabilitation and general surgery and delivery of Brisbane’s leading private drug and alcohol programs from Damascus Health Services.
As an Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
· Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
· Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
· Act as a role model for Safe Practice
· Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
· Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development
