The Mersey Community Hospital:
Located in Latrobe, the Mersey Community Hospital offers general and specialist health services including 24 hour emergency department, general medicine day surgery and endoscopy, rehabilitation, palliative care and oncology services along with a variety of specialist clinics. Mersey Community hospital is a dedicated elective surgery centre and provides a mixture of general hospital services. The hospital has close ties with the University of Tasmania through the Rural Clinical School and with TAFE Tasmania thus providing opportunities for comprehensive clinical training programs.
Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time, day worker position working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from April 2024 until April 2025.

Salary: $118,801 - $125,301 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
Relocation: a relocation allowance for suitable interstate applicants may be negotiated
