Do you take a consultative approach to trial management,proving to be a valuable partner in trial operational delivery?Precision for Medicine (CRO) are looking to hire an experienced ProjectManager ideally with experience in ONCOLOGY and/or RARE DISEASES or CNS whohave managed full service clinical trials within a CRO setting to join ourglobal team.In this pivotal role you will have full service oversight for clinicalprojects across global/regional (ph I-IV) trials, within Oncology (or RareDiseases or CNS). Accountable for clinical project delivery, oversight ofall functional departments, and ensuring agreed timelines, scope, cost andquality.Involved in all study stages, including proposal strategy, development,costing, and bid defence, and seeing studies through the full cycle tocompletion, managing the client relationship, project team and budget andtimelines throughout.You will work in a cross-functional team with both internal and externalstakeholders, driving quality and coordinating the study team.Precision for Medicine is a precision medicine CRO. You will use your strong interpersonal andorganizational skills to set and achieve objectives in the execution of theprojects; both contracted objectives and financial objectives. You may becalled upon to run international trials as well.Serve as the primary point-of-contact liaison with the client toprovide excellent customer service, including participation in proposalactivities and client presentationsLiaise with Project Team and senior management of both Precision andsponsors, including C levelHandle and lead all aspects of a clinical research trial or trialsTotal project management for all functional areas including datamanagement, safety, clinical, medical monitoring and biostatistics,etc.Prepare project status updates for clients and management; identifyingkey deliverables and performance metrics of success and escalation.Serve as an active member of the Project Team with the goal tocontribute towards efficient management and execution of trialsPrepare and reviews protocols and other study documentation such asproject plans, inform consents, site contracts and budgetsRequirementsDegree or similar related life science qualification, or equivalentcombination of education and experience.Previous experience in a full service/global Project Management roleworking in the CRO industry is essential.5 to 7 years industry experience and at least 3 years full serviceProject Management experience in a clinical trial setting working for aClinical Research Organisation.Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinicaldevelopment processAbility to drive and availability for domestic and international travelincluding overnight staysBe able to communicate effectively in the English language both writtenand spokenStrong presentation skillsProven computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and softwareexperience (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS)Proven ability to develop positive working relationships withindividual and teams internally and externallyDemonstrated core understanding of medical terminology and clinicaltrial activities as it relates to the execution of a clinical developmentplanAny data provided as a part of this application will be stored inaccordance with our Privacy Policy.
