The Animal Referral Hospital is excited to open our fifth Specialist and Emergency Hospital in New South Wales.
Based in Minchinbury and opening in October 2023, this multidisciplinary veterinary hospital will offer Western Sydney pet owners and their pets access to Emergency and Specialist services. The site will offer a full diagnostic imaging suite including High-field MRI, CT, Fluoroscopy, Endoscopy and Ultrasound. A start-of-the-art ICU, three operating theatres and integrated RX works, VetS8 and Smartflow to support patient management.
The site will have dedicated training facilities including wet lab and education centre.

Job Description
ARH has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Oncologist to join our large multi-disciplinary and emergency hospital. Our specialists are supported by an expertly trained and highly experienced team of veterinary professionals and are expected to lead by example, sharing their knowledge and experience with others so we can grow together. You will have an oncology suite consisting of two dedicated consulting rooms and a dedicated area for chemo administration, access to 1.5T MRI, CT, radiology and radiographers in clinic and will have the opportunity to rework and re-design a new working environment with all the tools you need for success.
Qualifications
s a successful candidate, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
A veterinary degree registerable in Australia with specialist qualifications (FANZCVS, DipACVIM or DipECVN Board-certified) is requiredWe are also keen to hear from Veterinarians who have finished Residency programsA strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a teamCommitment to gold standard patient care and a “fear-free” approach to patient handlingThe confidence and initiative to work autonomously yet lean on your team as needed
