Competitive and Clear Pay Rates
Monday to Friday day shift : £36.17 per hour
Saturday day shift : £47.02per hour
Sunday day shift : £57.86 per hour
Monday to Friday night shift : £47.02 per hour
Saturday night shift : £47.02 per hour
Sunday night shift : £57.86 per hour
Bank Holiday : £57.86 per hour

Responsbilities:
? Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients who require intensive monitoring and treatment.
? Assist with invasive procedures such as central line insertions, arterial line insertions, and chest tube placements
? Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights are respected.
? Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records
? Participate in emergency response teams and code blue situations, providing skilled nursing care and support during medical emergencies within the ITU and other areas of the hospital.

Requirements
? NMC registration and PIN
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
? Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
