The role 

Reporting to the Manager Talent Development. Your role will be responsible to develop and deliver high standard learning solutions that meet the needs of the organisation now and into the future.  Work with the team and clients to tailor learning solutions to address identified capability gaps and deliver strategic priorities.

The successful person

You will have demonstrated:

  • Experience using Learning Management Systems for the development of e-learning content.
  • Proven experience, substantial knowledge and skills in the application of Articulate 360 suite and basic multimedia software.
  • Proven ability to develop, monitor, review and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and initiatives, including immersive educational experiences, face-to-face and e-learning,
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills, to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including subject matter experts, on education, training and development, including developing and delivering presentations and information sessions.
  • High level research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities within a complex environment.
