Work as Clinical Unit Manager within a nursing and residential home in Wigan, Greater Manchester. The role offers a salary of up to £22ph - £50,176 per annum, working 4 days per week from 8am 8pm.
To apply, you will be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RNLD or RMN) and have excellent clinical skills including wound care and catheter care. You will have previous elderly care experience, ideally working in a nursing home environment.
As Nurse Unit Manager, you will have a thorough understanding of clinical governance including risk management and audit, as well as complying with all policies, procedures, clinical protocols, evidence-based nursing practice and NMC guidelines.
As Nurse Unit Manager, you will;

• Lead by example, ensuring high standards of care are adhered to
• Medication management, care plans and general nursing duties
• Lead the team on your shift
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members

This is a full time, permanent position for a Clinical Nurse Unit Manager to work 4 days per week, with an annual salary of £50,000+
