Scrub Practitioner

We are looking seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrub Practitioner to become a valued member of a fantastic Private Hospital based in Harpenden. The client is a prominent independent hospital group known for prioritising patient-centric care.
This role offers a fantastic salary of up to £40,000, alongside the opportunity to work with top consultants from all across the UK. You'll be exposed to the latest innovative, evidence-based clinical techniques and have the chance to learn new procedures and techniques under expert supervision.
As a Scrub Practitioner, you'll be:
  • Supporting in assessing patients health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
  • Assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patients needs
  • Actively promoting best practice and contributing towards quality improvements
  • Collecting, collating and organising data, interpreting all of the information and making a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others

We're looking for a Scrub Practitioner who is:
  • Ideally a Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner
  • Used to working in teams and with minimum supervision
  • Competent across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration/practitioner qualification and additional training
