Practice Educator: NMAHP Practice Education and Development Team

Band 7 (£46,244  - £53,789 pro rata) Per annum

22.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a permanent Band 7 Practice Educator within the NMAHP Practice Education and Development Team.

We are seeking a motivated, innovative, organised and driven Registered Nurse or Midwife to join our Team to design, deliver and support the NMAHP work streams.  These include Healthcare Support Workers, Widening Participation, Widening Access, International Recruitment, New Graduate Nurses, Return to Practice Nursing, PGCERT and Top up Degree.

Applicants will hold a Degree in Nursing or Midwifery and a Post Graduate Teaching certificate.  Applicants must have experience of delivering education and a robust awareness of NHS Grampian’s educational priorities.  This role will work closely with the other members of the NMAHP Team and lead on allocated work streams under the support and direction of the Lead Practice Educator.

Applicants must be able to provide evidence of continued professional development.
