As part of our commitment to Caring, Listening & Improving Health & Social Care across NHS Grampian and in support of our Plan for the Future, exciting opportunities have arisen following an extensive organisational change process. The Wellbeing, Culture and Development Team is seeking to add value by integrating the well-established teams of Learning and Development, Organisational Development and Staff Experience, as well as the more recent emerging functions relating to organisational culture and colleague wellbeing known as Culture Matters and We Care respectively.  As part of the process, we are now seeking Band 7 Specialists in Culture & Experience or Wellbeing & Growth, to work across the Wellbeing, Culture & Development Team.

Do you have passion, ideas and experience in the field of culture and staff experience?  Or maybe you have experience, drive and knowledge in how to influence and improve staff wellbeing.  Perhaps you have skills, knowledge and networks in the more established area of growth (e.g. learning, development, appraisal, and investing in skills of our people)?  Do you have what it takes to lead and influence how we continue NHS Grampian’s commitment to attend to our culture, the experience of our colleagues and/or the wellbeing of our colleagues and their development?

If the answer is ‘yes’, then this could be just the opportunity for you, and we would love to hear from you. Please contact:

Zoe Morrison, Lead Specialist – Culture & Experience [email protected]  or

Gael Simpson, Lead Specialist – Wellbeing & Growth [email protected]

We recognise and value the diversity and experience of our workforce and welcome applications from colleagues seeking to work part time and/or full time hours.
