£50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum DOE

This leading healthcare provider are searching for a motivated, caring Clinical Nurse to join their team within their immigration service based in West Sussex. This provider offers high-quality healthcare specialise in various environments, including Primary and Secondary care as well as Health in Justice. Due to their outstanding patient care offering, they are the first provider to achieve a 'Good' and 'Outstanding' ratings for all secondary services.

This position is great for someone that provides holistic and empathetic care to those within a vulnerable stage in their lives due to the immigration service in the UK. You will the opportunity to work clinically with these patients to continue to provide excellent patient care whilst also leading the team to continue that consistent care throughout the service from the patients' first 24 hours in the service until they leave.

As a Clinical Lead, you will also be supporting the team operationally; supporting the Head of Healthcare to streamline the service offerings. This could include contributing to audits, governance, KPIs and lead the support team with safeguarding protocols. With your experience of managing a team of highly skilled nurses, you will be able to develop the team which could include delivering workshops to develop the team to expand on patient care.

What we're looking for from you:

  • BSc in Nursing
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Experience within a Primary or Secondary care background
  • Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety and QOF
  • Experience managing a team and coaching student nurses.
  • Ability to work within a busy environment.
  • A non-judgemental and compassionate approach


Location

This service is based in Crawley, commutable from Epsom, Croydon, Horsham, Guildford, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Grinstead, Cranleigh, Dorking, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Edenbridge.
