This role is part of a supportive and collaborative allied health team working within a transdisciplinary model of practice.
It will provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention services to children and families using a family centred and strengths-based approach. It will have a split caseload of Key Worker service delivery support and Occupational Therapy specific support.


Classification for this position will range from VF6-VF9 Grade 2 Year 1 to Grade 2 Year 4 (FTE base salary per annum $88,478 - $101,691 plus superannuation).

What you’ll achieve:

  • Provide high quality, evidence-based outreach service to children and families in their natural setting.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Clinical experience working with children 0-6 years of age with neurodevelopmental disorders or neurodiversity.
  • Well-developed occupational therapy assessment and intervention skills.
  • Previous experience working in a transdisciplinary early childhood intervention setting or paediatric health care setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to have a flexible approach to working with families and staff using a strengths-based approach.
