Based in the Bowral region (Bundanoon), our client is a long-established, reputable provider of residential aged care services. An exciting opportunity has become available to join their fantastic team as an in charge, night shift Registered Nurse.
Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to aged care residents, including:

• Managing initial and ongoing resident care planning, assessments and reviews
• Coordinating and mentoring the care team to deliver quality care aligned with individual resident needs
• Delivering comprehensive direct nursing care to residents, whilst monitoring their health and wellbeing 
• Accurately recording and reporting on resident needs and progress
• Engaging with residents' families/carers, doctors and allied health supports to ensure delivery of holistic care

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Current Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA
• 2+ years' nursing experience, including delivery of nursing care to geriatric patients/clients
• Excellent clinical documentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, residents and their families
