About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a skilled and motivated person to join our high performing Health Information Services (HIS), as an Administrative Support Officer (ASO).

The Administrative Support Officer (ASO) role includes general Health Information Services (HIS) maintenance procedures including filing and assembly of medical records.

The contribution of this role is critical to the smooth operation of the broader Medical Services and its organisation functions.

What you bring

The successful applicant will have a qualification within Office Administration (e.g. Certificate 3 Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Strong digital literacy and knowledge of Office Suite applications is essential to this role, along with excellent verbal, written, time and organisation skills.
