The Records Manager is responsible for the CAA’s RecordsManagement strategies, policies and procedures, and providingtraining and support for managers and employees across the CAA.This includes the management of an integrated Electronic DocumentRecords Management System (EDRMS) within the Courts AdministrationAuthority (CAA).

With CAA business partners, the Records Manager will developbusiness improvements through the use of current tools eg EDRMS, todigitise record keeping and record based workflows.

Special Conditions:

The following special conditions apply to this position:

  • This position is a short term contract for 6 months with apossibility of extension.
  • Appointment is under the Courts Administration Act1993 . Terms and Conditions of employment are governed bythe Public Sector Act 2009 .
  • Appointment is dependent upon a current National PoliceCertificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
  • As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spentconvictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and usethis information in the selection process.
  • May be required to undergo security clearance checking tothe level of Negative Vetting level 1 (NV1)
  • Appointees may be required to disclose their COVID-19vaccination status.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Records Management, InformationManagement, or other related discipline, or substantialpractical experience.

Remuneration:
ASO7 ($106,512 - $115,137 per annum)
