A position exists for a Registered Nurse to provide quality care to patients requiring community nursing care in their home or within a clinic environment, using an individualised, holistic and family-centred approach.
There are positions for Permanent Part-Time (24 hours per week) and Temporary Full-Time positions to 6 July 2025 and to 18 May 2025.

Where you'll be working
Position is based at the Mona Vale Community Health Centre and covers the Pittwater, Narrabeen, and part of the Curl Curl Wards of the Northern Beaches LGA.
What you'll be doing
The NSLHD Nursing and Midwifery Workforce will be compassionate, competent, confident, contemporary, capable and committed to leading person-centred health care .
The registered nurse works as either a Primary Nurse to patients within a defined geographic area or as a relieving nurse as allocated by the Nursing Unit Manager or as delegated. You will develop your comprehensive nursing assessment skills and develop care plans with your patients to meet their needs identified. You will provide the hands-on care to patients (including complex wound management; palliative care – support to patients and their carers, symptom management, end of life care; continence and catheter care; stoma care; support to the aged and or disabled or those with a chronic illness; plus much more. You will liaise with the patient’s health and non-health team to ensure the patient’s safety at home and provide education and support to enable them to maintain their independence and to manage their health conditions. You will also work as a member of an excellent and dynamic nursing team with support from a range of Specialist Clinicians.
