As a Spa Therapist , you will play an integral part in delivering the ultimate Spa experience across our 6 treatment rooms including our couple’s space. This multifaceted role requires a team player with a willingness to learn, with prior experience in luxury service, sales, as well as a Beauty and/or Massage experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of all our guests, providing a world class experience.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Provide massage and beauty treatments for which you have been trained and are qualified in a consistently thorough manner
  • Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with the spa guests
  • Accurately update all administration tasks at the end of each day
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall spa team target
  • Ensure all treatment rooms and pantries are kept clean and tidy

What we are looking for:

  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a nationally recognised qualification in in Remedial Massage
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, providing exceptional customer experience
  • Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster including weekends
  • Ability to drive retail sales within the spa operation
  • A friendly & customer service-oriented individual with the ability to work well in a team environment
