Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a passion for making a difference in patients’ lives? Our dynamic Day Rehabilitation program is seeking a talented Program Coordinator to lead and innovate our services. 

About the Role:

As the Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Day Rehabilitation program. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee personalized rehabilitation programs for patients

• Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including therapists and support staff

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices

• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Organize and conduct staff training and development sessions 

Qualifications:

• Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
