Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

NHW currently have multiple positions available and would like to encourage all Midwives, Registered and Enrolled Nurses to apply for employment within our Nursing teams. We also have limited Healthcare Worker positions available.

Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to staff, patients, relatives and other health care providers, as well as pride themselves on being able to deliver evidence based patient and family centred care. A proficient knowledge of current nursing practice is essential.

All applications from internationally qualified Registered Nurses must submit a current copy of their VISA Grant Notice and AHPRA registration with their application.

Applicants will be paid in accordance with the Victorian Public Sector Nurses and Midwives Single Interest Employers Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 or the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025, or their successors

  • Enrolled Nurse - IB60 to IB75
  • Healthcare Worker - IN37 to IN39
