Patient Safety and Quality Unit are looking for a Person Centred Care Coordinator to join their team. To support the delivery of safe and high-quality care for patients and consumers the Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) Patient Safety and Quality Unit (PSQU) is responsible for the provision of local clinical governance arrangements in line with the National Clinical Governance Framework: governance, standards, safety and quality and consumer experience and engagement.

About the Role

• Coordinate the co-design and implementation of initiatives aligned to the NSQHS Standard 2, Partnering with Consumers for Princess Alexandra Hospital
• Coordinate the co-design and implementation of initiatives aligned to the Consumer Community Engagement Strategy in line with the expectations of the MSH Board, Executive and other stakeholders.
• Participate when required in the ongoing development and implementation of redesign and innovation across Metro South Health.
