Provide intake into Behavioral Health program as needed and complete assessments as indicated. Carry active caseload of regular clients and meet agency productivity standards. Make appropriate referrals and maintains contact with other therapists, physicians and agencies involved in clients case. Have familiarity and comfort working with issues related to homelessness, substance abuse, mental health diagnosis, and history of trauma. Have demonstrated knowledge and competency regarding diagnosis, assessment and treatment of behavioral health services. Have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. The ability to work with interdisciplinary team. The ability to generate high levels of client satisfaction. Must demonstrate age specific/population specific competencies in area(s) of practice. Knowledge and skills related to individual, group and family system dynamics. Must possess demonstrated cultural competency and ability to serve diverse client population. All candidates for employment must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
