Occupational Health Advisor/Nurse

Location: Northamptonshire, England (Brackley)

Salary: Up to £52,000 per year

A new opportunity has arisen to work with us. We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor/Nurse to join our team at Washington House Occupational Health.

We have a variety of exciting contracts, including Formula One, Manufacturing, Schools, and Universities. The ideal candidate will have the necessary occupational health qualifications and at least five years of experience in the field.

As an Occupational Health Advisor/Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting occupational health needs assessments, providing training and health information, and offering well-being advice to support risk management and health reduction efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Pre Employment and New Starter checks

- Advising on work-related immunisations, undertaking immunisations and blood tests

- Providing guidance on work-related stress and mental health

- Managing the impact of work tasks on health

- Conducting health surveillance

- Undertaking management referrals

Working hours are Monday to Friday variable 37.5 hours per week with flexibility for job share. Candidates within a 1-hour radius of Brackley are preferred. Trav, expenses will be covered between clinics and client sites, but candidates must have their own vehicle.
