Position Overview: Associate Research Director to join a dynamic team, that will lead and mentor a talented team of researchers, manage diverse client accounts, and drive projects across thought leadership, brand performance, audience understanding and ad hoc projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a talented team of researchers, driving projects through exemplary leadership.
  • Managing diverse client accounts, providing high-quality insights across mainly quantitative and qualitative research projects.
  • Combining creativity and analytical thinking to identify new opportunities and drive team growth.


Requirements:

  • Approximately 6-7 years of proven experience in ad hoc, mixed methods, and quantitative research (with qualitative exposure).
  • Experience / interest within Thought leadership projects
  • At least 2 years of experience in management, including at least 2 direct reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with B2B clients.
  • Passion for helping and mentoring researchers to learn and develop.
  • Ability to derive insights from data and impart expert knowledge to produce high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent communication and account management skills with key clients.
