Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with exceptional leadership skills? We are partnering with a well establishedprivate healthcare providerwho areseeking a dynamic and dedicated Ward Manager to join theirsenior team in a flagship hospital based in Solihull.
As the Ward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the smooth operation of a specialist surgical ward.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the ward
• Supervise and support nursing and healthcare staff, fostering a positive work environment conducive to professional growth and development
• Oversee the implementation and adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards within the ward
• Monitor and manage resources efficiently, including staffing,equipment, and supplies
• Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement within the ward

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting, ideally within a surgical hospital ward environment
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
