About this Registered Nurse | ICU role
As an ICU Registered Nurse you will be supported by great team leaders, be part of a strong, innovative team that always strives for better and have the opportunity to flourish and grow.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Would Include
  • Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
  • Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
  • Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
  • Act as a role model for Safe Practice
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • 2 years’ experience in Coronary Care or Critical Care Unit
  • Working with Children check
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Availability to work on a rotating roster including nights and weekends
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Advanced rhythm interpretation and management
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Coronary Care or Critical Care would be desirable.
