Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation (MAC) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Practtiioner to join our growing team in Wangaratta. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture: establishing a general practice specifically focused on the needs of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

In this role, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in setting up and running a new general practice alongside a GP and Registered Nurse.
  • Deliver culturally appropriate primary healthcare services to our community.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive and passionate team at MAC.
  • Shape the future of this new service – your ideas and input are valued!

What we offer:

  • The flexibility to choose a full-time or part-time role to suit your needs.
  • A competitive salary of $75,000 per annum.
  • Relocation grants of up to $5,000 to support you and your family moving to or around Wangaratta. 
  • Salary sacrifice benefits of up to $15,900 per annum (plus additional Meals & Entertainment benefits of $2650)
  • Wellbeing RDO for Full-time Employees

We are looking for someone who:

  • Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
  • Has experience working in a primary healthcare setting.
  • Is passionate about delivering culturally appropriate healthcare.
  • Is a team player with excellent communication skills.
