What You Will Be Doing
This position involves all aspects of cardiology, CCU, outpatients, echo, lab, rotation in the cardiac cath lab and the on call roster. You will be supported by the two core cardiology advanced trainees. Under direction, the Senior registrar reviews the medical needs of the patients and provers appropriate care and services to secure optimal, health outcomes. The Senior registrar also has a vital role in teaching and supporting Resident medical officers and interns.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:• Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MB BS) or equivalent• AHPRA registration with General registration• have successfully completed the RACP written and clinical exams• had some experience in a previous cardiology rotation as a registrar• Valid driver's license issued by an Australian state or territory
