Team Lead Speech Pathologist - Community / NDIS - Albury / Wodonga

We are looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to take on a Team Leader role in Albury / Wodonga.

Our client takes a holistic approach to therapy, to provide an individualised support service where clients live, work and play. Their passionate multi disciplinary team are rapidly growing and expanding across Western Victoria to help support more individuals work towards and achieve their goals.
About The Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to take on a Team Lead community role in Albury / Wodonga.
In this role you will work as part of a broader multidisciplinary team, providing assessments and effective therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacity. Also enjoy developing therapy plans with the goal of improving life satisfaction, function, and better social/community participation.
Work with a broad range of clientele where they live, work, learn and play, including their homes, workplace, or schools, as well as out in the broader community. See clients aged from 2-65 years, all under the NDIS. You will have the opportunity to tailor the caseload to suit your clinical interests and expertise.

About You
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology4-5 years’ experience is requiredSPA registrationThorough NDIS experience and understanding (min 1 year NDIS exp.)Ability to provide clinical leadership and support to individuals through joint work, supervision, consultation and mentoringA passion for assisting clients to reach their full potentialA high level of written and verbal communication skillsStrong documentation skillsExceptional time management skillsA learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perceptionEnthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and careerCurrent drivers licence and registered vehicleNDIS Worker CheckEligible to work permanently in Australia
