About you: 

You have demonstrated high-level organisational skills including management and prioritisation of tasks and teamwork, high-level of communication skills, both written and verbal, negotiation and interpersonal skills in the management and support of a multidisciplinary environment, including the ability to provide training support. You are confident to provide technical skills and support with audio visual equipment including video conferencing or the demonstrated ability to quickly acquire these skills.

Your opportunity: 

Develop and implement the administrative and support process and procedures for the Rapid Response Falls Service within the Adult Community Health Service. Provide ongoing business and administrative support to the Rapid Response Falls Service within the Adult Community Health Service. This position may involve working in other clinical service areas within Adult Community Health Service as guided by service demands.

Your role: 

  • Support the Program Manager in ensuring the reporting requirements for the Rapid Response Falls Service are met.
  • Proactively coordinate information management and reporting in relation to information systems used by the Rapid Response Falls Service.
  • Management of out-patient clinic bookings and proficient use of ESM.
  • Responsibility of revenue optimisation.
  • Responsibility for stock management – ordering supplies.
  • Responsibility for assisting the Program Manager with HR paperwork and processes.
  • Responsibility for staff rostering.
