About the role

Permanent or temporary part time opportunity to work 10 hours a fortnight in a very busy Electrophysiology Laboratory. The successful applicant will need a FRACP in Cardiology with subspecialty training in Electrophysiology. They will need to provide evidence of safe procedural practice in the EP lab. They will be responsible for the provision of high quality, cost efficient and effective care for patients with Electrophysiological/ Cardiovascular Disease and to actively participate in education and research.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • The successful applicant will be accountable for the management of allocated procedural lists in Electrophysiology.
  • The successful application will need to work in a time efficient manner, with excellent clinical procedural outcomes.
  • They will need to work well in a Team Orientated Laboratory.
  • Active participation in quality activities in accordance with standard hospital practices.
