Deliver a specialist clinical pharmacy service across multiple sites, which may include dispensing, medication reconciliation, drug information, counselling and performing telehealth services, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards
The Rural pharmacist will provide complex pharmaceutical care for patients, optimising their medicines and ensuring the effective transfer of care. The position functions with a high degree of independence providing clinical intervention and advice, workflow organisation and service development.
In this role you will deliver a high level of knowledge in clinical pharmacy and apply professional judgement to problems of significant scope and complexity, incorporating safe transition of care across different sectors.
