Mid-Level Provider will provide evaluation, management, and treatment of patients of the practice.Experience with Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates preferred.Outpatient practice with Hours Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends or late hours during the week. The Provider with the direction of the Attending Physician, will establish treatment protocols, evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy and perform other acts of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring.Base Salary with Potential for performance Based Bonus offer great opportunity for provider with the ability to see patients efficiently.
