Administrator - Cams RidgeWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator at Cams Ridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the hospital staff, ensuring efficient operations of the hospital.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain administrative systems in order to ensure efficient operations of the hospital.Provide administrative support to hospital staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and arranging travel.Assist with budgeting and financial management activities such as tracking expenses and processing invoices.Maintain filing systems and records in accordance with regulations.Create reports as requested by management or other departments.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.At least two years of experience in an administrative role.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
