In addition to acute care, they provide a wide array of primary and community healthcare services, ensuring holistic care for the community. They are the primary acute care referral center for the South West Region, housing a Deakin Clinical School on their premises.
The Requirements
A Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) with appropriate Advanced Specialist Training in Urological surgery, or
RACS trainee approaching Fellowship, or
IMG's assessed by RACS and found to be Substantially Comparable.
Registration with, or eligibility for registration with, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Specialist Urologist or Eligible for Registration
Possess at least 12 months recent experience as a Urologist
MBBS or equivalent
