Job Description:The Role The role involves travel due to various locations of our service users homes. Not every day is the same, you would need to work with the people we support to help them complete all aspects of their day-to-day support. This can include personal care, cooking, cleaning, medications, finances and managing some behaviours which may challenge. You would be apart of a dedicated team for each of the people we support, so you will get to know the people you support very well. There are opportunities to develop your career with Diplomas in Health and Social Care at levels 3 and 4. Funded by Crimson Hill Support.
