About the role

Temporary full time opportunity to provide day to day service coordination and cultural guidance for the Women's Business Shared Pathway (WBSP) and Ngarrama Allied Health (NAH) multidisciplinary teams and services.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
  • Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, protocols and history including a comprehensive knowledge of issues and priorities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women's health and wellbeing.
  • Work closely and credibly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, respecting and upholding culture and protocols.
